The Famous Blackboard - The blackboard has become the most popular part of the Chicago English Corner. This wonderful tool allows us to visualize ideas and class material. Everything written on the blackboard belongs to the students, so is added to their Google Classroom.
English for Everyone - Some people really don't like language books. It's understandable! They can remind you of boring classes or frustrating assignments. But, you won't have any of those bad experiences at the Chicago English Corner. The English for Everyone are excellent resources. Each chapter is short and very specific to one topic. To support that topic, each chapter includes a variety of practice exercises: reading, writing, and listening! These books have become valuable resources for students of all levels.
Original Grammar and Vocabulary PDFs - These custom documents explain the every day language of Americans. Every student will have access to these files to print, save, or even share! They're excellent study material for whenever or wherever you are.
